England 2002 Defender 90 Td5 HT Epsom Green
With those smoke dischargers, bonnet mounted number plate and spare wheel mount on the bumper.....that looks like a SAS Pink Panther.

Anyone else agree?

I also said pink panther, although not in desert pink obviously.
