Alternative Jack Stowage P400e - External Gear Carrier?
Fed up having the jack taking up space in the PHEV boot and thinking that it may fit into an external gear carrier. Does anyone know if this will work? Can't for the life of me find any dimensions for the external gear carrier VPLEP0437 to try and work out before I buy. Would a bottle jack be an appropriate alternative to carry? Help gratefully received Smile

Yes it does fit, just. This is why I fitted the gearbox to my phev. Can get one charging cable in as well but only just. 23my p400e x dynamic hse, fuji white, towing pack, comfort and convenience, e diff, activity key, 3 zone climate, cold climate and a host of accessories. Now gone.

No problem, mine is a genuine land rover one that I picked up second hand, big saving on dealer price especially if you are happy to fit yourself. 23my p400e x dynamic hse, fuji white, towing pack, comfort and convenience, e diff, activity key, 3 zone climate, cold climate and a host of accessories.
