I imagine the reason there have been no replies is that the question is about Series 3 vehicles and this is a Defender forum, and relatively few people have fitted the Nak wheels even to their Defenders. Combine these two and probably no-one really knows.
Bearing in mind the rims and tyres fitted to the One-Ton vehicles it is likely that a 285 on a Nak rim would be fine on the inboard side but I suspect there is a considerable risk the outboard edge will rub the body on full articulation, especially if the vehicle is on standard suspension.

I run Bowler 16s (ET+10 I think) with 285/75/16 and have 30mm spacers. Without the spacers, they rub badly. With spacers, no rubbing. The spacers will also improve your turning circle.
I'm a bit confused by this post, is it just me?
Where are these tyres rubbing when fitted without spacers? If it is the radius arms then simply adjust the steering lock stops to fix this. If they are rubbing arches/bodywork then surely spacers will make this worse?
Spacers only improve the turning circle if you also optimise the lock stop adjustment!
