C. Fit spacers on the anti rollbar to chassis mounts???
Another option is to use the high quality valved Old Man Emu dampers. Then, in my experience, you don’t notice the loss of ARB. Even when loaded and roof tent on, but I was running the big pin pin ones. |

Yeah i've got all my shiny fox's in the box now on the bench ready to go on....... so hoping they'll do the same.
Do spacers work then? I've not seen anything with them fitted. I was trying to figure out whether the links would still invert as i've technically increased the overall range of motion rather than just the ride height. |

Amazing news.
How much did you space down? Did you fit dislocation cones for them? Sounds like your shocks are same length as mine. I've got OME springs to fit at the same time. I'm expecting a lift of about 1.5" or so. |

These guys have the bits your looking for. I don’t have dislocation cones. Original springs sitting on +2 plate lift. I think my spacers are 30mm I’m not near it right now. |

Just going to say that it may be £300 but it is worth every penny  Been on Miffy now for six years or so and really makes a difference in the corners, even with a full roll cage and loaded roof rack. The additional benefit for me is that you can un-lock the ARB and retain a modicum of rear articulation.
Best of all Worlds IMHO. |

The cheap solution to this was always to use tow ball spacers, which have the same bolt pattern. The rule of thumb is that the thickness of the spacer needs to be the same as the suspension lift. Darren

That's good news - was wondering if it genuinely was worth the outlay. Am having enough trouble making the thing sit at the right ride height with it's new weight plus the variance for when we go away on trips, adding in the problem of what to do about roll bars is driving me mad haha. Thanks for this though - I think i'll probably end up ordering one and just having to splash out. Has it been reliable? Saw a few Aussie posts saying they'd had mechanism failures, but they look super easy to re-build if necessary. |

It has been 100% reliable during the time I have owned it.
The only thing to remember is that you have to service it from time to time. Grease the ball joints and strip and re-grease the locking hub. Other than that it has performed trouble free. Still on its original track rod ends coming to think about it. The front ARB is just the standard LR item but SuperPro bushes. Sitting on a 2" OME springs and shocks currently, but I did have it fitted with +5" OME shocks when I had Gwyn Lewis' kit installed. All in all she handles extremely well. I think those Oz issues were early on and to be honest those guys are significantly more hardcore when compared to the green lanes we have over here. Actually only thinking about pulling the Deflex off the other day as it could do with a wire brush and a lick of paint. If... You do decide to go for this ARB I promise you will absolutely notice the difference when you forget to re-engage the locking hub  |

I've had a X-Deflex ARB for some time, works great, my mainly unloaded Double cab corners quite flat
 but sat under the back in all the muck the finish doesnt last long.... Ive just had some of my componenets powercoated |
