I've been meaning to leave a post about this for a while, I discovered the magazine early this year on a trip to Germany. Being about touring routes in the Alps, it was right up my street, will give me ideas for trips and hopefully may inspire someone else looking for routes.

Most issues are bilingual, German and English, though some are only in German (like the Austria one). A non English issue doesn’t reduce the enjoyment for me, the pictures are still superb and the routes easy to follow. Click image to enlarge Each section of the route has maps, a description, distances, elevation profiles and loads of pictures. Some magazines have a pullout map of the whole route! Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge It's written by German Porsche enthusiasts, who know the area and what makes a good driving road. The roads are spectacular, whatever you drive. There are a few pages at the back with Porsche pictures, but they are enjoyable and don't dominate the books. Click image to enlarge I managed to find one issue at a book shop in Frankfurt airport, the others were in a city centre book store in Innsbruck. I'd not seen any at news stands or newsagent type shops, but they may be there. As with everything else these days, they can be bought online. Cover price is Euro 15.00 each, but that is well worthwhile, it can save hours of research or wasted fuel on a trip.  |

When searching the net remember the "soulful driving" part of the title.
Apparently there is another publication called Curves that has a different subject matter.   |
