Belgium 2007 Defender 90 Puma 2.4 SW Barolo Black
RPM not working, Temp Gauge at max, loss off engine power
Hi There, problems in my dashboard and loss and lack /loss of power, due to gauge meters that not working properly, I cannot find a solution. I installed a winch, perhaps wrong???

Maybe check your electrical connections first? Such as battery terminals and whatever you have touched during installation? Bad/loose connections could cause ECU confusion.

As above it does seam a battery connection issue.

When installing your winch have you added an additional negative to your negative battery terminal clamp ?

If so it will likely be preventing the clamp gripping the negative terminal correctly and this could be your problem.

There is an easy fix for this if that’s the issue.
