Interested in a set, is the seller reducing price for multiple sets purchased?

Yes so the more that are bought the cheaper it is. I’m still working out the details as there is customs charges involved as more than one set is over €1000. I think at this stage if I can get five people on board it’ll be around the £600-£650 mark (if my maths are correct that is). I just need to get people on board first. Either way it’s be cheaper than buying them from some UK Land Rover specialist (without naming any of them) but they are prices at £1000 online!! So yeah any people interested just let me know and I can crunch the numbers fully and contact HM imports properly for full enquiries 😊

Perhaps would be nice to introduce yourself here, as your very first post is a group buy on expensive headlights with no other information, and nothing sent to me either.
I’m not saying this is a scam but there’s currently no way of verifying any of the above is true. If this is genuine I expect more verifiable information to be forthcoming, this can be via PM to me if needed. Without this verification I will be taking down this thread as too risky to site members. This message is in public as protecting buyers from a potential scam is more important than the risk of a minor upset due to being accused of scam-like posting. 1988 90 Td5 NAS soft top 2015 D90 XS SW |

Hi Martin, I have to completely agree with yourself. As mentioned the only reason I initially signed up was to do a group buy on these lights. At the moment I just want to see if there is interest. I do not mind giving any info over that is required to any of the members or indeed yourself to validate/verify. For the now I just wanted to see if there were enough people to get this bird off the ground.
I have not owned my landy for long butttt I was a few years back a heavy influencer within the classic mini world and forums (under the same tag name) with a project build etc and did a couple of successful group buys on there. As I say I am happy being completely transparent and anything needed for more confirmation please just ask 😊 |

Hi - I’ve been looking to source gen 1 as an upgrade but 1200.00 off JLR is too rich to feel there’s value.
I’d be interested then to know the price a group buy could procure for. Cheers John |

Just as a ball park figure I think the cost I am coming out at for the moment is around the £800 mark delivered but as these things go the more people involved the greater the savings. I’m not asking for any money at this moment just seeing if there is interest. If there is I can start firming up prices.

Well yourself and one other person would like a set however I don’t have the funds myself at the moment for my own set as my own defender is being fixed at the moment ☹️ It’s going to be a big bill so it may be a thing for next year if that alright with people. However it does give people extra time to save up or to jump on the group buy. As for now I would just be gauging the amount of interest so I can firm up costs. I’ll keep people updated on this thread or people can feel free to pm me 😊
