Not planning to use mine for a few days, so washed off the salt & put it in the garage
BTW, here's a really useful tool - you can see where Scottish roads are being salted... http://trafficscotland.org/wintertreatment/ main routes show GREEN when salting is taking place & RED when no salting planned. Most of the roads were green last week, and I was peppered with airborne grit on Wednesday night whilst driving my Defender. All washed off now Defender "Puma" 2.4 110 County Utility (possibly the last of the 2.4's) |

Finally got round to christening the (not so) new Landy on its first greenlane! The Old Coach Road near Keswick. Easy enough, although I had to be careful about the 'bombhole' being on my own. And some of the puddles at the far end were up the sides of the doors! Wouldn't want to go through that on a bike.
Was planning to give her a wash tomorrow anyway, but I've just made the job a lot more difficult... |

Took the boys and dogs down to the first shoot of the season, I bagged 8 pheasant, 4 times as many as this time last year, now hanging in the shed.

Yes, "Leeds" on here and £58 each. Maybe a lot of money but I couldn't find anything else I'd rather have so I thought what the heck..... |

Did some lanes around the Peaks yesterday, though Mrs Greeni drove most of them.
There's a few closed and a lot have voluntary one way systems on them Not major scenic, but it turned out a nice day Click image to enlarge |
