I think you will find that Ineos has feet in the hydrogen IC camp, so to an extent they are already there.

A utilitarian off-road capable EV is just what I’ve been looking for. If it’s priced right and isn’t some soft city SUV, this could be very interesting news for me. Honestly, after driving an EV for some time, and with current fuel prices, it would be hard to return to burning fossils.
