They really don’t look that bad. Try spraying a bit of penetration oil on them leave them for an hour and then try removing them with a well fitting screwdriver or impact drive. Ride like you stole it!!
If I’m not on a bike it’s because only a 4x4 will do…

Unfortunately my outer screws are worse than the OP pictures. I definitely think mine need drilling out. The rest are fine, it’s just my outer screws by the door are quite bad. 2008 2.4 110 Utility Station Wagon XS.

Yes, you can drill them out. You only need to go as deep as the height of the head, then the head will shear off. Do not use a drill bit larger than 6mm.. as it is only an M6 screw. Easier if drilled in steps, say first drill with 4mm, then drill with 6mm bit. 1988 90 Hard Top, 19J Diesel Turbo, Shire Blue - Restoration ongoing

I had to replace mine a few weeks ago.

YRM do the kits for front and second row floors.

I had to drill a lot of mine out as the heads were so badly corroded. I used M6 20mm stainless steel button head bolts. I was fortunate that the metal captive nut plates were ok and could be reused, the plastic ones were broken in the process and I just replaced them with nylon washers and 6mm nylock nuts.

If doing the 2nd row floor the 2 in the middle under the seats are difficult to access from underneath so try leave enough of the bolt head to remove it from inside. I learned this the hard way Big Cry Craig.
