I don't know whether it's a hard and fast rule but I'd expect the writing to be on the inside regardless of from which side it's readable. Darren

Just checked mine (2015 MY) rear quarter it's the same piece of glass, RH side marked inside, LH marking is on the outside.
Station wagon sliding windows are also reversed on the Left, with marking on the outside. All glass in the 4 side doors is individual, all marked inside and read correctly from the outside. |
