Just adding to this topic on bumpers.
After 10 years my mild steel Quad DRL bumper needed replacing. In the end I went for a powder coated 316 stainless steel quad DRL bumper from GRP4x4. https://grp4x4.com/product/land-rover-defe...rl-bumper/ It’s very well made, well packaged and they provided great support. Even provided two extra superseal extension cables for free so I could mount DRL control units behind my headlights. Given most SS bumpers are 304 and these are 316 I don’t expect it will ever corrode , especially as i sprayed bilt hamber dynax UB on its rear and under side. I will update on its performance in 20 years time |

I copied LRA on all aspects and it’s still looking good.
I’d been through 2 ‘std’ numbers beforehand. I do like the raw galv look though 👍 |
