Is this possible?

From the microcat they look different but one guy said that he has fitted one.

Do you mean a PAS pump, or a PTO hydraulic pump for driving accessories like winches or cherry pickers etc?

Very different belt and pipe arrangements but might be possible to adapt them I suppose.

Very unlikely I would say.

Both types of 200Tdi pumps are widely available.
