Rear crossmember crush tubes, missing?

Just had an advisory from the garage saying the crush tubes in the ends of my rear crossmember are missing. This isn't as weird as it sounds, I had the chassis galvanised recently and asked my usual garage to give it a post-reassembly mega thorough going-over - amazing the spotted something so small. Its a CSW so has seatbelt brackets bolted to the crossmember.

Said they used the camera to compare it to similarly aged Pumas and they were definitely not there.

Now, they haven't rusted away as the chassis is mint, so I'm guessing that these are actually ANR3821s that are slid into the ends of the crossmember before the rear seatbelt brackets are fitted.

But ANR3821 is listed as being up to 2006 (i.e. end of TD5) only.

As I'm due to replace the rear crossmember bolts anyway (the vehicle came back with BZP 8.8s in the ends of the crossmember instead of the 110mm torx bolts and I'm an anorak), I thought I'd refit these crush tubes.

Can I check my logic with the forum? Here goes:

1) if ANR3821 was fitted up to 2006, that means TD5 - which is the same crossmember as a Puma and therefore should fit my 2010CSW.
2) I should be able to refit the ANR3821s through the access hole in the back of the crossmember behind the plastic flap. ANR3821 is also supplied as part of the genuine NAS step kit, so logically it must be possible to fit this into an existing crossmember without cutting holes in it? I'm some miles away from the 90 at present so can't stick my head under to have a look.

Assuming that's right, I don't suppose anyone has seen a photo or drawing showing how these weirdly shaped items sit within the crossmember, given that the holes aren't quite vertical - unless the bend in the L-shaped bracket is tighter than 90 degrees

EDIT: sod's law. As soon as I posted the query above, it dawned on me to look for a set of fitting instructions for a NAS rear step and, sure enough the crush tubes are there and it shows the orientation:

Unless anyone pipes in to say its the wrong part to try and fit to my vehicle, I'll go and order a pair of them.

EDIT #2: I've found the current part number for the brackets: KVX000020. So I can find it on LRWorkshop now and it definitely should have been there from the factory on my CSW, so has been lost when galvanising. Really good spot by the inspecting mechanic.

Damn - now there's three different part numbers in play: alr3226 which was superseded by KVX000020 and anr3821.

2012 Defender 90 Puma 2.2 CSW Santorini Black

I have replaced those on a Td5 (just fabricated new stainless ones) and took the ones off my Puma for hot dip galvanizing. They looked identical between Td5 and Puma.
They go in through the ends of the crossmember, kind of a rotation motion. And yes, the tab to hold it from then will be towards the top of the crossmember.
