No Response from Duckworth Parts
Been trying to source a couple of bits of bodywork for the Defender after a coming together with a partridge. 2 front grill parts required.

Emailed sophie.alltoft@duckworth.co.uk on 13th March with photos of parts needed.

Heard nothing so forwarded same email to parts@duckworth.co.uk on 16th March. Got an out of office response from kevin.bates@duckworth.co.uk saying wouldn't be back at work until 21st March.

Sent a 3rd email to kevin.bates@duckworth.co.uk on 23rd March.

Guess what...............

What a bl@@dy joke. They're not local to me and only went to them as they're the site sponsor. 21 Defender D300 H/Top

I’ve emailed two main dealers last week, I won’t name who, but one replied rapidly and couldn’t fault it.
The other never replied at all, neither was Duckworth though.

Suppose signing all the agreements for the £999 a month Velars is taking up all their time. Shocked Rolling Eyes ⭐️⭐️God Bless the USA 🇬🇧🇺🇸 ⭐️⭐️
