Few trees that came down in the storm need sorting so thought I’d see what it’s like on the fields today. Nothing too wet as I don’t want to go chewing up the ground but it’s an absolute joy to drive on and off road.

Thanks! It is crazy how much better this is than my Puma off road. Even through the muddy gateways it didn’t miss a beat. Great fun watching the diffs locking/unlocking on screen. Few places on the farm could do with the air to jack it up a bit

Certainly does look the part, very reminiscent of Harry Metcalfe's as well Cheers Ian

Looks right, and on the steelies. Can't go wrong with Pangea green, but I might be biased there! 22MY Defender 110 D300 S in Pangea Green and Contrast White Roof

Couple of days out chipping. Just wanted to counter some of the opinions on here that the new defender is just an urban status symbol….

To be fair that chipper is an absolute beast. Chugged through some chunky hawthorn today. Filled two spud trailers over the last two days! https://instagram.com/bentheoandrews |

I’ve not taken it anywhere near the limit but the cameras make hitching up embarrassingly easy. But even my Puma is more enjoyable towing than my Dad’s Isuzu which feels like driving a boat on rough seas. I’ll have to tow three bags of oats up to the other farm next week for drilling so a fair climb uphill with 1500kg on an IW flatbed. Will report back then. It does have some towing anti-snaking tech apparently https://instagram.com/bentheoandrews |
