I’ve placed an order for a D250 110 SE to replace my 90.
It’s pretty much stock, only options being - Tasman Blue White roof Privacy glass Haven’t been given any solid dates but salesman’s hopeful for September delivery possibly earlier. He’s he’ll give me an update in March. 24MY 90 D250 HSE, Tasman Blue |

Original order placed September 21, cancelled in December 21 and switched to 23 MY, told to expect it aug/Sept 22. Now has a build date of 30/4/22 with delivery to me 20th May 22.

That's why I let my p400e xs go so quickly, I paid 68k for it December 21 and dealer bought it back from me a week ago and it's now up for 94990. Absolute madness, but can't see it lasting much longer. Great for me as I did very well out of the deal, mind you they got some of it back as I immediately increased the options on mine. This next one will be a keeper.

I intend to keep mine, if it’s going to be a 9/12 plus wait, I will go for the mirror and matrix, chips might be available then, happy to forgo too many extras for a relatively quick build

I stripped a few extras from my P400XS order. Just paint, towbar and off road tyres.
I'm on a reverse countdown. 50 days to go until I hit 1 year. Still no build date on a 4 to 5month build. |

That’s awful, can’t justify spending 15 grand over list though just to get a car not quite how you want it.
Best to order and forget - if you can. If the bubble bursts I expect there will be a glut of cars at bargain prices |

Ordered early Sept 21, specced as 22MY, respecced in late Oct 21 as 23MY. Still no build date, end of April was original indication but who knows. I was contacted this week by dealer to say the 'fake' leather steering wheel and gear lever gater was suffering supply issues and that they would need to build my car with real leather steering wheel and gear lever (which is fine). I did ask 'does this mean they are now slotting my build if they know they won't have stock of the fake leather', but apparently my flawless logic doesn't work
 Still no build date.

Standard response from LR Customer services following a twitter response to "build yours now"
"Thank you for contacting Jaguar Land Rover. I am deeply sorry for the delay on delivering your vehicle and apologise for any inconvenience caused. I can confirm there is a global shortage of semi-conductor components that is affecting all motor manufacturers and indeed many other industries that require these essential elements for their products. As a leading manufacturer utilising cutting edge technology, Jaguar Land Rover is currently being affected by this shortage and as a result delivery time for our products may be extended..................." Anyone else ordered April 2021 and still waiting.... |

I ordered / placed an order 07.07.21 got a order confirmation by 18.07.21
110 SE D250 - Tasman Blue - white roof - black pack - 19" black wheels 6010 - real leather seats - heated seats - winter package (had to take that when it shifted to MY23) - advanced towing package - Adaptive cruise control - active rear diff - clear sight mirror dealer tells me that he might receive it in April 2022 110 D250 SE Tasman Blue, white roof, black pack, advanced towing pack, rear diff locker, driver assist |

I ordered mine in may 21 and since that time complete radio silence except cancelling 3rd front seat + clear sight mirror and pushing for changing order with 15.000 euro price increase.
All tricks are good to discourage lower specs customers and forcefully changing for higher profit versions. Sad story. |

Order placed August '21 for 110 X Dynamic HSE with a few extras. I was told to expect "about a year". Changed to 23MY in November, but price held, and spec brought up to the same level as original order.
Two weeks ago I got a call to say confirmed build date March 18th, delivery early April, which was unexpected to say the least! Only down side is that the went from accepted order to committed to build before I got the opportunity to make any changes to spec. Let's hope the dates are correct! |
