1986 Defender 130 V8 Petrol HCPU Aintree Green

B-post / sill dimension request and bracket identification

I am hoping someone may be able to help me determine the dimension indicated in the very low quality screenshot below please:

It is the centre - centre spacing of the fixing holes that I need, as illustrated in my sketch:

Also, can anyone confirm where this bracket, and it's handed counterpart is fitted please?

As far as I can see it picks up on these holes in the rear bulkhead but I'm struggling to determine what it then bolts to? Perhaps it isn't used on double cabs?
