Bonnet Catch

Any suggestions on how to open Bonnet, the Bonnet Catch is not engaging

Engaging or disengaging. Is it open or not?

If it’s closed and you want it to open get someone to shove on the bonnet by the latch as you pull the lever. If that doesn’t work you can get access via the top of the grill, but may have to damage grill, also you can get access to the cable through the passenger wing top grill, then you would have to pull the hole cable inner and outer probably wrecking the cable.

How bad is the issue?

Got it, definitely a pain when in lay-by trying to fill water bottle.
Need to look at it when home, tighten cable or something
