On Line order tracking re-instated on My.Landrover

I see that a vehicle on order can once more be added to your 'Garage' on My.Landrover. Obviously it fails with an error when I try to add mine but you can't expect too much!

Found it but alas I dont have an LR order number. That appears to be unslotted as well

As I suspected. The dealer supplied numbers are all 8 digits and it won't accept anything else. I've emailed them but I doubt I'll get a resolution. The last time it was live was a couple of months ago and it didn't work then and they said it was being updated. Seems the update hasn't worked either. Ask for a copy of the Vista printout. It has the 8 digit number on there. Mind you still doesn’t work. 110 XS 250 MY 23 Gondwana Stone, Cold climate pack and towbar

I’m the same, tried logging into MyLanrover with both my wife’s credentials and my own, tried the order number numerous times and all I get is a banner showing an error message. I’ve messaged JLR CS team, see what excuses they have stored away for this

The Status page seems to have disappeared. So only VIN can be added now.
