2014 Defender 110 Puma 2.2 XS CSW Santorini Black

Front seat belt points

Hi All

Fitted some seat risers to give a little more legs space in the front.

One down side is that with the seat fully back my shoulder would hit the seatbelt mounting point.

I’ve not taken apart the trim but there appears to be an additional hole above the seatbelt mounting point. Would anyone know (and would save me hacking around the trim) whether this is an alternative mounting point?

That circle is a fir tree trim fixing and I'd think that the structure below is unlikely to be suitable for a seat belt mount. It may be possible to reinforce it, perhaps, but it's a tricky call. Darren

Many thanks Darren. Saved me a job taken that piece of trim out and potentially damaging the fir clip!

I wouldn’t like to risk modding just hoped it was an easy swap.
