1939, that makes sense.
The sliding roof will accommodate the inflatable gas bag to go on the roof without puncturing it….. Just need those light covers with the slit in it so the Luftwaft don’t see you…… |

Notional eight horsepower, nothing to do with the power of eight horses of course, but an arbitrary method for assessing the power of a car and *I think* in those days used as the basis for the amount of tax you had to pay. |
