How old is the starter motor?
Also VCV? The latter is less likely to be too much of a culprit but may add to it. There is the crank position sensor as well, but as far as I know that tends to either work or completely fail. Glow plugs, are they working? ⭐️⭐️God Bless the USA 🇬🇧🇺🇸 ⭐️⭐️ |

It could be a range of things, and can get costly if changing out components only to find the issue remains.
Another cheap thing to do is clean the MAP sensor, these can get a bit gunked up on the 2.4. Also run some millers diesel power ecomax through a few tanks to help clean up injectors etc. And really check all earths are clean and well torqued up. |

Very true, I’ve found checking and doing the things that cost the least the best approach.
Typically that will result in a good outcome in its self. 👍🏻 ⭐️⭐️God Bless the USA 🇬🇧🇺🇸 ⭐️⭐️ |
