I have now sold my 300tdi and am looking for a Series 2a 88&
I wonder if anyone is looking to part with their cherished 2/14 Petrol Series 2a 88. Must have decent chassis and bulkhead and preferably located in NW or NE but willing to travel a bit further for the right motor.

spoke to Jim quite a lot, he had a series2a in bright yellow (he does not normally sell them) but had restored this one. Lovely job apart from the colour but too rich for me.

Still lookng if anyone is thinking of parting with one they are not using Whistle Jeff

Jeff, occasionally Jim has one or two vehicles for sale but tend to be ones he has restored. His fully restored ones are extremely nice but not cheap. Anyway good luck with your search.

Any indications on budget? There is a nice red 88 doing the rounds on facebook at £5k it seem rather a bargin. Problem with facebook is you can never find something again
