Steady on chap. I came off my motorbike due to a diesel spill. Not all of use dress like power rangers and act like twunts. Diesel is just a , the first you know about it is your face smacking the tarmac which is never a good experiance. Just like all 4x4 owners are not countryside terrorists driving up Snowden, every subset of society has the muppet but also the people who do it right |

Isn't this a Defender forum?
Bikers are fu*king lunatics on German Autobahns - they're on my list of things to fantasize about driving over, including BMWs who carve me up at roundabouts, dogs whose owners think the entire road is their playground, vomiting Oktoberfest louts, snow , my daughter's ex-boyfriend , Louis Walsh etc. etc. ramble ramble... I'm sure some bikers are responsible but you don't get many round here... Tell someone you love them today because life is short. But shout it at them in German because life is also terrifying and confusing... |

I would just like to say that I ride a bike on the off chance that I could donate my kidney's to someone that owns a Defender. However I have added a clause as follows:-
"If their Defender is fitted with 35" mud boggers they can fook off and join me in Hell" 130's have feeling's as well you know |

WE're going a bit off topic here ... but... I'm not sure if you're making a statement or a question ... But for me BMW bikes are the best overland motorcycles ever built ... since the 80GS to the latest 1200GSA, including off course my 800GS ... Just like Land Rovers ... And not just for overalnd trips, but also as all terrain vehicle for greenlaning (G450X, F650GS, F800GS and I have friends going off road with their 1200GSA) .... Just like Land Rovers! The X5 is a ... well, I'm not sure what that is ... a car, or a SUV ... it just looks good, but it's just a car ... Ok, as a patriotic Austrian I ride a KTM, or two, one in the Alps, one in the Andes and the third lane is just practical.
I don't know how some fuel their cars, but so far I have not spilled anything. Maybe you should stick it in all the way, it is maybe longer than some are used to. Now coming a kind of back to the topic, does anyone have the part number? BR Oskar |

Kick fer Ten Minutes , my 620 SuperComp...once running was a great bike, as were my other KTMs (950Adv and 990SM). But now play with BMW's......oddly enough both Defender and BMW (boxer) have similar discussions on corrosion protection , so I've actually made a cost saving by being able to use ACF50 on both the toys
