Likewise. Doesn't work on iPhone or iPad. I'd guess problem at JLR end as it's both Android and iOS platforms.

Still working on my iPad, I’ve just updated to iPadOS 15.2. Haven’t tried it on the phone. 24MY 90 D250 HSE, Tasman Blue

Been doing it for ages I just delete the car and reinstall, usually works.
It’s not like it’s important because you can just use the paper manual in the car, oh wait a minute  Mike |

Adding a new vehicle - the MY2021 works but the MY2020 doesn’t. Is this JLR’s attempt to encourage me to change my car every year?
Luckily I’ve memorised the entire thing for just such an eventually. Current vehicle: 2020 Defender 110S

App works fine for me on IOS, you can also read it online via https://www.ownerinfo.landrover.com/

I’ve just done the latest IOS update and the iGuide app still didn’t work after the update so deleted the app and re-loaded it, filled in the requested details and it’s all up and running again.
I also had issues with the Eventbrite app for booking event tickets before the latest IOS update - their app now works again without having to delete and reload it Pangea Green D250 90 HSE with Air Suspension, Off-road Pack, Towing Pack, Black Contrast roof , rear recovery eyes, Front bash plate, Classic flaps all round, extended wheel arch kit and a few bits from PowerfulUK Expel Clear Gloss PPF to come 2020 D240 1st Edition in Pangea Green with Acorn interior. Now gone - old faithful, no mechanical issues whatsoever ever but the leaks and rattles all over the place won’t be missed! |
