Odd ~ they seem to be operating from a JLR main dealer premises?
Also some interesting commentary from the driver on various modes of operation ~ selecting rear locking diffs switches off traction control & abs. Selecting off road mode modifies how abs works. Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge |

I think because TC and ABS work across the axles, if you lock the diff solid they probably become ineffective, hence why they switch it off. 2007 110 TDCi Station Wagon XS

Looks very capable. No frills, no fuss, just getting the job done.
Two comments by the passengers I enjoyed: “It’s very quiet” “Yes, it’s hand built in Austria” (stated like that should be obvious) “It drives like a 5 Series” “Some say better than the original” But some commentators would lead you to believe that this is an agricultural vehicle with no purpose, at least a pointless, if not backward, step. A dinosaur. Whilst not the most in depth review or challenging circuit, I’m not sure that is in any way a valid argument. It looks very well thought out and will appeal to a broad range of buyers looking for something that is very capable off road but distinctly NOT a SUV. Monsieur Le Grenadier I've not been everywhere, but it's on my list..... 2011 Puma 110DC - Corris Grey |

If it drives like a 5 Series (spoiler - it doesn’t, it just has a modern, refined and very complicated powertrain), many millions of hours and billions of £/$/€/whatever have been wasted in automotive development over the last century.

Love those 6 double-spoke (or is it 12 spoke?) alloys, very nice.

Anyone else thinking the pictures with the alloys makes it look as if it is running with more ground clearance somehow?

I like those, too. They were my choice on the configurator (and the blue). Click image to enlarge Darren 110 USW BUILD THREAD - EXPEDITION TRAILER - 200tdi 90 BUILD THREAD - SANKEY TRAILER - IG@landroveranorak "You came in that thing? You're braver than I thought!" - Princess Leia |

So is that a way of announcing Day's as part of the Grenadier dealer network, without actually saying it?
https://www.days.co.uk/news/ineos-event/ Some useful little snippets of info, like the loadings for the side utility belt, and changes/further developments for the rear interior. Hope this section of plastic is replaced with something a little less brittle: Click image to enlarge Not sure about parking a Grenadier up next to one of the big models scattered around the site without drawing the obvious comment...
