Mark's 100 inch at the London to Brighton 2004, really nice guy to talk to.

I have the build photos on CD autographed.

Looks like he changed the wheels, as i remember during the series, the ones he had chosen had some problems.

I wonder if the build is getting close to 20 years old now, I know Pete mate, is 85 years old now, when mark posted about him. last year. Thumbs Up Defender TD5 90 ---/--- Peugeot 306 HDI hatch back

Mark Evans is a good presenter and personality, I also have seen one where he built a small helicopter as well.

Regards Devon 4x4, you can buy the DVD’s I think from the web site.

The bobtail RR sounds incredible!

A bit of a thread revival me posting here as was originally posted earlier this year I believe, but was looking for other stuff so thought I may as well.
I actually was looking for the thread regarding Guy Martin, I just saw that programme tonight finally and was good with the blue 90. $W33T $0U7H3RN $UG4R

I did some research on his 100 inch, and it looks like its not been on the road or MOT'd for well over 10 years. He did post a photo of it back home in 2017, and in a work shop in 2019, with its tank been referbed. So it was mothballed for a good number of years. Defender TD5 90 ---/--- Peugeot 306 HDI hatch back

On 4x4 is born they followed a team competing in the jungle or something. I seem to remember a bobtail range rover and burning a leach off with a cig. Anybody recall who that was? Possibly named Simon

Likewise. Can’t count how many times I’ve watched the DVD! It’s pretty much the only one I own these days!

laugh is, he did inspire my dad to get another defender, working on my dads, inspired me to get one. Funny thing is, when watching mark, i say to my self, me and my dad replaced that, the spot lamps mark runs, gave me the idea to mod my dads, he has full blown dip spot lights, We wired in, made it all nice and OEM practically. I really should ask them, if i can do a project thread on here. Defender TD5 90 ---/--- Peugeot 306 HDI hatch back
