Just wanted to provide a bit of great feedback for LOF Clutches/Brakes from my recent dealings.
I bought one of their Td5 Single Mass Flywheel conversion/clutch kits earlier in the year (from Paddock Spares actually) and whilst I was fitting it to the engine last weekend stupidly managed to drop the friction plate onto the concrete floor causing a bit of damage to the outside edge of the friction material.
A quick email to LOF over the weekend with some pictures of the damage and asking for advise was answered by Luke first thing on Monday morning to advise against using the damaged plate (as i suspected anyway) and confirming he was happy to just supply me with a replacement friction plate. Within about 2hrs I had received and paid the invoice and the part was dispatched.
The new plate arrived the next day before lunch and even contained a Christmas card from LOF 
Couldn't be happier with the service from Luke/LOF
