Would the problem after changing then become your odometer reading and having to have that awful sticker on the dash advising everyone you’ve changed it? Not great for the value of the car when you want to sell it. It must be programmable?? it's only electronics. Perhaps we need to ask Simon @ powerfuluk to look into it? 110 D250 SE HT

If the odo is programmable then I’ll be asking them to remove 6000 or 7000 very enjoyable miles I had in mine to get it back to below average mileage! The last week has been its lowest mileage week since I bought it, zero miles in the last 7 days - as I’ve been hooning around like a boy racer in my electric Mini for zero recharging cost - consumed 66kw from CPS chargers that cost me nothing! If it’s like older Land Rovers
The mileage is stored n the unit and in the ecu, I seem to recall it will apply the higher value when paired. So a new clock will have 0 stored mileage Mike |

Correct, the Puma has the mileage stored in 2 places.
I can imagine that someone like Simon at Powerful UK, Pete Bell, or any other tuner with an intimate knowledge of LR electronics would be able to sort this out 110 D250 SE HT 110 USW SOLD RRE HSE Dynamic Gone, wife killed it VOLVO XC60 R Dynamic with some toys Polaris RZR 900XP SOLD |

Seems it’s doable on a Velar - if anyone can do it it will be these guys.
Click image to enlarge Have to say the digital dash would be a dealbreaker for me, it’s truly an excellent feature and I would really have regretted not specifying it given it was only a £150 option. |

I agree the digital dash is a nice feature but not a deal breaker for me. I've never had a car with it so it won't be missed. But if they take to many features away from the SE spec then it all adds up to a dealbreaker.
Good to know it can be done though. Wonder how many kidneys I'd have to sell though 110 D250 SE HT 110 USW SOLD RRE HSE Dynamic Gone, wife killed it VOLVO XC60 R Dynamic with some toys Polaris RZR 900XP SOLD |

A quick google and it seems it's £1K to install the interactive dash on a Velar, so would assume(?) it would be roughly the same for Defender??? 110 D250 SE HT
