As old age is starting to take its toll on the hands, any recommendations for gloves, not the big hefty mountaineering gloves, as need to hold dog lead, open gates etc. ideally waterproof but warm. Jumped ship to reliability - Mitsubishi L200

For cold weather dog walks I use North Face etip gloves. Light, warm and touch screen ready. Mine are now 7 years old and going strong.
https://www.thenorthface.co.uk/shop/en-gb/...loves-4sha For colder wetter weather a pair of SealSkinz waterproof all weather knitted glove. Heavier, less dextrous, but warm and dry. https://www.sealskinz.com/products/waterpr...tted-glove Hope that helps. |

Ironclad Cold Condition Waterproof have done me well. I need a new set after 10 years use.
Bought them one winter after putting up a load of scaffolding in the snow whilst at university. |

You can get many alternative options if you look at motorbike winter gloves, even heated ones… Ride like you stole it!!
If I’m not on a bike it’s because only a 4x4 will do… 2011 2.4 Puma 90 HT |

I picked up a pair of Mechanix Ice Impact gloves last time I was over the States.
Perfect for winter. I am sure you can get them in the UK with a quick Google. |
