Noise when turning

Evening all, hopefully someone here might be able to offer some help on a noise my 110 has developed.

When turning, particularly on full lock, I get a whining sound.

Have you got a steering damper? Try some lube on the seals if you have. Mine sounded the same and a bit of Teflon spray lube did the trick.

Apologies for the slow response but thanks both for your replies.

I tried spraying some Teflon spray on the steering damper but that wasn’t the issue although I’m sure it did it some good!

Turned out that the power steering fluid was low. Topped it up and fixed the problem instantly. In case anyone comes across this in the future, this video explains where the reservoir is/looks like very clearly at 3mins10:
