How is yours when stationary?
If it's the UJs, it'll.be there all the time, moving or not. If it's only while moving, and changes with engine speed/acceleration, then I'd think it's got more to do with belt/pump than the UJs. A good squirt of spray grease/WD40 or whatever would help you rule out the UJs. Mine (after a week or so) has freed up lots. As above, I'll replace the part anyway, but the marked improvement following se grease has made me confident that I've correctly identified the issue. |

I experienced something very similar on my 110, turned out to be my steering wheel boss fouling the column shroud. Started out of the blue, would come and go randomly (mostly at the most inconvenient times). It was only when I removed the shroud to fix something else that I realised the problem. 1985 127 V8 Build Thread
