It’s a possibility, the 22MY Velar I believe will get updated software to enable wireless CarPlay. No doubt it will filter through the range.

Mine did the update yesterday - the only difference I found was that my Pivi Pro had locked up after the installation completed and I had to reboot it! No mention in the “Updates” page that any update has been done so far let alone what was updated. Pangea Green D250 90 HSE with Air Suspension, Off-road Pack, Towing Pack, Black Contrast roof , rear recovery eyes, Front bash plate, Classic flaps all round, extended wheel arch kit and a few bits from PowerfulUK Expel Clear Gloss PPF to come
2020 D240 1st Edition in Pangea Green with Acorn interior. Now gone - old faithful, no mechanical issues whatsoever ever but the leaks and rattles all over the place won’t be missed! |

I was getting your updates are downloaded and ready to install message and then now all of a sudden I get the notification that the Software Update did not install every time I start the car. But the software update section says its up to date and the latest version is 2.0.8 which was last updated in May 2021.

OTA updates can be market as well as model and model year specific so that may be the latest update for your region. My 2020 FE 1100 D240 took a few attempts to install the latest update for it - 2.1.3 on 15th September and after that installed it di a further 2 updates that aren’t listed so I assume that they were for the apps in PiviPro. I live out in the countryside with not great 4G (but enough to do the downloads) and find some updates download better when I connect the car via my home WiFi Pangea Green D250 90 HSE with Air Suspension, Off-road Pack, Towing Pack, Black Contrast roof , rear recovery eyes, Front bash plate, Classic flaps all round, extended wheel arch kit and a few bits from PowerfulUK Expel Clear Gloss PPF to come

No idea when I got 2.1.3 - it was sometime in that 25 day period it was parked at the dealership

Nothing for mine, that’s another thing on the dealers to do list as my one has issues connecting to its embedded sim. 24MY 90 D250 HSE, Tasman Blue

I do on and off have SIM connectivity issues, the PiVi Pro restart works if not the connection reset fixes it for me.

My sim shows connectivity, but won't load Spotify or online radio
Changes between Vodafone and 3, but no internet on either. Only just taken it in for a few repairs including the SIM card. Looks like another visit to the dealer. |

Upgraded to 2.1.0e with the upgrade it is now allowing me to connect to home WiFi yay. It then signed me out of my InControl Profile and asked me to create a new Profile. I now can’t sign in to my Profile when I enter a unique Name it doesn’t allow me to proceed. So I did the stupid thing of doing a System Restore and I can’t complete vehicle setup. This thing has a mind of its own.

SIM card issue was resolved via connection reset for me.
