Just anote Sonic,there was a thread re these heaters setting the alarms off as air heated up prior to people using the car. 2.4 90 XS

are these heaters just to warm up a tent mounted on top, or are they like the webastoe (spelt badly) that i have just had fitted, that warms up the cabin before you get into iot in the morning, or cold days etc? Cheers keith puer claudius |

Same thing, Eberspacher / Webasto,,,just different manufacturers , Didn't need one a few years ago, up in the hills but anything to help domestic bliss Sonic, is the alloy box, the same manufacturer as your roof box ,, reminds me,, but get one made form my roof !!! The heater is ducted for the awning that hangs below the rooftent, but is also ducted into the cab for winter use
As for the alarm i will just have to see what happens, i would have thought it would be no problem a bit like the sun warming it up on a sunny day The box is from the same bloke very fast turn around (phoned him on the tuesday and the box arrived on the friday) £170 delivered against £450 mobile storage systems wanted for the same box |

Have tried it on several occasions now with the vehicle locked and no problem with the alarm |

Nice...just read a article about a chap near me that did a winter trek across the nordics.....had one installed in a 90 and slept in it!!.

You have your heating sorted don`t you? i remember that hot water bottle you had packed away in the 110 Talk her out of it if you can because it is a lot of work |
