Sadly only your dealer has access, you have to ask them and they will usually provide a screenshot. MY22 110 D250 SE > MY23 110 D250 XS Edition > MY24 110 D300 HSE X-Dynamic

This is as it stands with my build options, but was told don't be suprised if the dates slide!. So 🤞 for the end of January. |

Order placed on the 16/06, I did pop in 10 odd days ago to tyre kick the V8 110 they had arrive in the showroom, and thats when my salesman said no idea still no build slot realistically I should be prepared expect delivery late 22 early 23!.
No idea on why the situation has changed!. |

Snap on the P400 XS, although I placed my order on the 17th April. Dealer told me today that its still in the holding pool and its a fact of life.
If you dont mind me asking, what additional options did you add? ( I added 11.4in display / tow bar / off road tyres / silicon silver / air con in the rear (for my dogs)) Something is causing an problem with mine or maybe the dealer has poor allocation (denied by the dealer today / all treated equal and they have more allocation due to their network size). |

Mine is black with 11.4 inch display, off road tyres, active diff. Couple of other dealer fit options too.
I ordered via Marshall Land Rover Abingdon. |

Maybe the tow bar holding mine up.... or maybe the paint due to the silicon shortage
Dunno. Either way now considering non LR options. |

Probably find the situation of extended delivery dates isn’t much different with other manufacturers, I ordered a Mini E last week that has a 1st week of November 2021 build slot………. However the dealer has warned me that in the last 6 months none of their ordered cars has actually been built on the build slot date and some are many months later and I will be lucky to see my Mini before the end of January now. Mini has also been downgrading specs to save IC’s/ chips for high spec cars so a friends 2021 Convertible has the old style analogue dash not the part TFT digital one that he thought was standard for 2021 MY. Pangea Green D250 90 HSE with Air Suspension, Off-road Pack, Towing Pack, Black Contrast roof , rear recovery eyes, Front bash plate, Classic flaps all round, extended wheel arch kit and a few bits from PowerfulUK Expel Clear Gloss PPF to come
2020 D240 1st Edition in Pangea Green with Acorn interior. Now gone - old faithful, no mechanical issues whatsoever ever but the leaks and rattles all over the place won’t be missed! |

Its more the time difference in ordering that annoys. Ordering a vehicle 12 to 20 weeks before someone else and their vehicle (same model) is allocated a build slot is somewhat difficult to square at the moment.

I have ordered two new cars this week, its definitely as similar storey with other manufacturers. I don't think it's model dependent more exact options included in the spec that are throwing anomalies in delivery dates.
I have ordered a D5 3.0l Dynamic HSE. I added 12 options but they are not all what I wanted I was guided by the dealer not to spec the HUD or Deployable Towpack as these instantly put the build to the back of the queue. The other car is an EV, similar storey but a little more frustrating as so many basics are options with the manufacturer even folding wing mirrors! The disco might be delivered March but I'll be happy if I get both for September plates next year, any earlier will be a bonus. 110 MY23.5 X Dynamic HSE RR MY23 HSE PHEV D5 MY19 HSE - Now Sold D4 MY16 HSE Luxury - Now Sold D4 MY12 HSE - Gone D3 MY06 S - Gone but not forgotten Last edited by RDR on 7th Oct 2021 12:17pm.
