I use a cow mat/stable mat in my work 130.
Two thicknesses available from our local agri store, I used one sheet which cost about £40 15?years ago.

I know it’s not a 130, but I opted for a spray on permanent protection in the form of Line-X. Scrubbable, hard wearing, life time guarantee product which protects the paint and strengthens the panels preventing impact damage like dents from loose cargo.

Also gives an excellent non slip surface.

You could remove it with an angle grinder I suppose. It’s a spray on hard plastic coating. I’d consider it quite permanent. 2011 Defender DCPU 2.2 - https://www.defender2.net/forum/topic30623.html

I got mine done by Line X, not cheap but superb protection, has stood up well to everything being thrown in the back. I got it over the rail so protects when I have stuff resting on the tailgate as well

I wouldn’t fancy trying to get it off
