So, I didn’t think this day would ever come but time passes and circumstances change and I find myself putting my 2016 Defender 90 Station Wagon XS in Keswick Green up for sale.

I purchased this as a retirement present, brand new from Harwoods Basingstoke in January 2016 with off-road tyres ( Goodyear MT/R’s) and Tow Bar pack as the extra’s. It has only been driven by me and has covered 23682 miles since then. It has all the standard XS specs fitted.

There are a number of upgrades that have been added which are included in the sale. I would rather sell to an enthusiast on this forum who will appreciate them otherwise its the Autotrader or WBAC route and take off the extras for private sale.

Fully Dinitrolled by Zagato of this forum prior to collection from Harwoods (taken by trailer to/from him).
BAS 150bhp smooth tune done by Pete Bell at his HQ in Yorkshire
Safari Equip 30ltr flow thru additional fuel tank fitted by Challenger 4x4 of Tongham
Ashcroft MT82 output shaft kit and LOF clutch fitted by Safari Services, Earley, Reading at approx 14500 miles.
Nakatanenga spare wheel carrier, rear door stay and rear loadspace mat fitted
Genuine Defender front rubber floor mats fitted.
Provent 200 catch can installed
Ardcase pedal box and holder
Mudstuff under-cubby steel security box.
NextBase 522GW dash cam (front & Rear)
Silentcoat and carpet to rear seating area

The more eagle eyed of you may have noticed the bracket on the tow bar which is the mounting for a MaxxRaxx 5 bike carrier, this is also included in the sale with the light board that plugs into the tow socket as well.

Garaged from new and serviced obsessively once out of warranty by myself ( Have a full history) with regular waxing and ACF 50 being applied.

The car is in excellent original condition and working order, tyres are all original with plenty of tread and the spare remains unused.

There are other security features which I won’t go into on a public forum but they are included in the sale as well.

The personal plate I consider unique to the vehicle and would be part of the sale.

I am asking £45000.00 for this excellent vehicle.

Yes, lovely Defender, the best color,....IMHO!
Ours was Keswick, and we had Solihull paint the roof Indus (I think that's the name, it was a while ago!) Silver to go with the other aluminium stuff on the car, we thought it looked pretty good, you can see it in my avatar!
Anyeay, someone is going to own a ripper Defender.

Congratulations on the sale ~ hoping it was for positive reasons rather than otherwise.

Being cheeky but did you get asking price?

Lovely Defender in a classic colour, last of the breed too being 2016, I hope its new owner will take good care of it

Interestingly, I was checking out Defender pricing on our local "Carsales" site, & the are many used "old model" Defenders (pre 2015?) that are for sale at more than the asking price of a "new" 90.
Is this the case in the UK?
