It kind of looks like it was built for a movie but for the life of me I can’t find anything. The Troll Hunter is the closest I could think of with a lot of bar work (outside of being a camera car)
Annoyingly the seller has 12 free photos and chooses only to upload three. The dash board would have been a giveaway if it was military. There is defiantly too much clutter at the front if it was to be used to board a hijacked aircraft on the ground, plus no front ladder attachments. Perhaps someone will buy it, park it in their garden and let the kids use it as a climbing frame |

DVLA check suggest it may well be ex army as built 1986 but first registered 1998.

Think it's been around a while as I'm fairly sure I've seen it online before. Maybe an article or something.
When I last saw photos of it it had no rust and looked in demonstrably better condition than it is now, even if it's not to the taste of.... Well anyone really. From memory it's simply a privately owned modded vehicle. I guess you could weigh in the metalwork for scrap and give the base vehicle some TLC if the whole thing were cheap. |
