2016 Defender 90 Puma 2.2 XS CSW Keswick Green
[Sold] Mercedes S350d
2014 Mercedes S350d. 77k miles with full Mercedes dealership service history, just serviced this week;

24/08/2015 - 14,023m
18/08/2016 - 18,194m
21/08/2017 - 28,236m
17/08/2018 - 43,101m
09/07/2019 - 58,532m incl. gearbox oil change
19/08/2020 - 69,367m
08/09/2021 - 76,914m

Purchased as an approved-used vehicle from Mercedes and owned for the last 5 1/2 years. One previous owner. MOT Jan 22.

It's a 2015 model year, with the current touchpad controller and an active live traffic subscription for the navigation. Without doubt the best engineered, quietest and most comfortable car I've ever owned. High specification as standard, including nappa leather, intelligent LED headlights, adaptive air suspension, traffic sign recognition and active parking assist.

Well cared for and has returned 43.4 mpg average over the 62k motorway miles I've driven.

Dateless 3+3 registration number available by separate negotiation.

£16,995 ono.

It's been a few years since I sold a car privately, but OMG I see now why WBAC and others have become so popular. Shocked

There are so many people (not here) out there, lacking any courtesy, who are very insistent that they will turn up today with cash...

Out of interest what do they then do, not turn up or are they just trying to get your address for unpleasant motives....?

In my experience it's just a lot of people trying their luck for a bargain.

I can only presume that some people must cave at the offer of 'cash today bruv', as there's so many people trying the tactic! But it's the short messages and rudeness that is staggering. I've never understood how people don't realise that being rude is much less likely to get you a deal!

Nice car though, I bet it's supremely good on the motorway and very nice place to spend commuting!

One guy was chipping away at me yesterday via Messenger, then asked for my phone number to carry on trying to persuade me! He ended up within a few hundred pounds of what I want for the car and had he not been so objectionable, then I would have accepted.

Dozens of low-ballers offering less than I can get from WBAC or Autotrader instant cash (auction). It must be worth their while to spam sellers with these offers.

You're just 6 miles from me if the satnav screen is real Smile

It’s real but Lidl car park rather than at home.

Maybe that's the key.... They drive it straight off your drive and into WBAC, and turn over a few hundred quid. Do that enough times I guess you make a nice earner. At the cost of all the royally annoyed people selling cars for perfectly sensible representative prices!

Sold. Remarkably easily in the end, to a trader.

No more fun and games;

I know, but there was something about it that didn't feel right. Still I would have dodged this;
