If you buy a Vibraction road book, you get a .gpx to accompany them. Not free, but worthwhile for a well researched route. 2007 110 TDCi Station Wagon XS

this one I did about 6 years ago
https://www.wikiloc.com/offroading-trails/...na-7542566 Basically you go coast to coast from Mediterana to Atlantic following the mountains. I really liked it. On day 3 I think the route blocked with a locked gate, had to find an alternate, and at one point I found myself crossing a military exercise area, at least on the route I took there was no warning signs or anything, but it was fine.. Did not got squash by tanks and no fines.. It was done in a Subaru Forester I had at the time. some difficult bits ( for the Forester at least ) I used the maxtrax a couple of times and on long descent I had to stop to cool the brakes ( no low gearing and auto box.. ) . So not so had for a proper vehicle and very spectacular and remote enough. Defender P300 on order |

We have done much of that route over the years,& no doubt be doing some next week.
The whole of Northern Spain is criss crossed with accesable tracks waiting to be explored. Its pretty local (6hrs) for us,so visit 3 or 4 times a year & have been for the last 10 years or so.Still finding new & amazing places. Marc. |

Had a look at this earlier Simon, would you do this route on your own? And does it cover the smugglers route into Andora? Cheers… |
