Not quite 8 feet, our new 7'8" wide twin axle off road caravan we just took delivery of.
down on its bump stops, it raises about another 3' in normal ride height thanks to a Cruisemaster air suspension (Cruisemasters Mr Goddard junior did the towing review with the 5 seat New Defender towing their own Zone ) Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge yet another pommie bar steward down under MY20 110 P400 SE Defender MY10 3.0 RR Sport |

Click image to enlarge Not quite 8' wide but a fair size all the same and the Milenco Grand Aero towing mirrors work great for my set up . 04' 90 Td5 CSW.. |

I’ve had a couple of 8ft wide twins now, never been brave enough to tow them with the Ninety though, I dread to think what the Miles Per Garage would be!
Going 8ft wide was a little daunting at first but with good planning on Steet view etc I've not had any problems in Wales, lakes, Cornwall etc 4 wheel motor mover is a great bit of kit I always said I wouldn’t need but couldn’t live without now! Depending on the ground your on it will virtually spin on its own length I use Grand Aero mirrors with the extra long arms on a Ranger so I would imagine they would be a must on a LR Click image to enlarge |
