Hello All
The club has an open drive round day at Slab down here in the sunny south on the 16th October. Let me know if you are able to make it as it will be good to catch up on the day. For those that dont know Slab Common it is a MOD land that gets used for heavy recovery practice (tanks and lorry dotted all over the site). Mostly made up of open sandy soil and pine trees. The format for the day will be down to the individual, only areas agreed with the MOD will be blocked off. Otherwise get out there and explore at you own pace. Hopefully we will do the same as we did at Hogmoor and attach numbered cards to various spots around the site and give the drivers a score card to complete Cheers Mark Details as follows DRIVE AROUND DAY: Slab Common - near Bordon, Hampshire No matter what you drive, as long as it’s a 4x4 you are welcome to come and Join the Hants & Berks Land Rover Owners Club At their October drive around day at Slab Common, Near Bordon, Hampshire On Sunday 16th October 2011 ~ 10am to 3pm Slab offers a wide variety of terrain to suit all levels of off road ability.
