You were lucky to get one so quickly as some American owners have been waiting weeks and weeks for one. Different car but Mrs RDR cracked the windscreen on her new VW ID3. auto windscreens swapped the screen but couldn’t calibrate the cameras as their system didn’t yet have a profile for the car. Received a disclaimer letter from them advising safety features may not work as intended. Had to book it into the dealers to calibrate and charge back to insurance was a bit of a fiasco but got sorted in the end. 110 MY23.5 X Dynamic HSE

So the warning light on the dash says
Emergency braking and Emergency steering unavailable. The dealership hasn’t seen this problem yet So they have not fixed yet. Safelite the windshield repair guys tried to do some camera calibration but said it failed To go see the dealer. And now the dealer is trying to figure it out. A simple windshield crack turned into a mess |

That just sounds like poor training/knowledge retention at the dealership.

It’s a reasonably simple process to calibrate, on the other landrovers enter the right mode, drive until it says calibrated, had to be a main road our minor roads didn’t work Mike

So the 3rd day Land Rover engineering came back with 5 module updates
And we are back up and running. They claim safelite auto glass either took the camera out with power on Or put the camera back with power on Any disconnect needs to have zero power Who knows but again the windshield fixed And not sure why but all wind noises gone They did take off pillars and put them back Again mystery. |

Copious amounts of sealer used by the installer? I imagine the tech might be incentivised to achieve a fix first time on the installation (excluding the calibration if he doesn't have the tools/training) and so might be liberal with the sealer on the A pillar covers, especially if a few clips were damaged on removal. |
