Super Tweaks London
Hello,

anyone had any dealings with this company?

Asking for a friend?

Cheers.

Yes - I bought a boot mat and powerful reverse lights from them

They advertise as if its in stock but its not

Mat arrived 2 weeks after I ordered and folded in 4 - despite a sign saying do not fold.

Reverse lights arrived around 6 to 8 weeks after I ordered...

I will leave it to you to decide.

Thanks Simon,

My friend is having very similar issues.

Taken his money weeks ago and no sign of the goods.

I asked separately for the same items and was told in stock.

Hmmm.

Thanks.

I had issues with them ordering a spare wheel cover, they said it was in stock, they took the money but a week later it was refunded. No explanation I just had to assume it was out of stock.

I would avoid them, personally. 24MY 90 D250 HSE, Tasman Blue

Yeah doing a little research seems like a scammer with an excellent web site running from his back bedroom.

Avoid. Shipping is my thing.

Censored . I ordered a boot liner from this website. £144 all in was better than I could get elsewhere. I'm hoping to get something. Will let you know.

Just wanted to provide an update here. I ordered the boot liner for £144 - the cheapest I could find it elsewhere (genuine) was Powerful UK - which, if memory served was around £180 or pretty much the same price JLR sell the product for. After I ordered the item I was a little worried because of the Trust Pilot reviews etc. Having heard nothing from Supertweaks for a couple of days after the order I emailed them and they said I would receive it later in the week via FedEx. they said it would take 2-3 days, but they responded a couple of days after my email (albeit I did send it at the weekend). Anyway this morning the boot-liner turned up. it was rolled up and looks to be in good condition and a genuine LR product - so overall I am very pleased.

Is this Supertweaks part of PowerfulUK? They seem to be using the same photos for some of their products, ie the rear tow hooks Confused It's either that are they are just ripping Powerful's web images off. Cheers Ian

Stay away from them.

I just got scammed - ordered something from them (just over 100GBP), waited a month with no news, so contacted them and they said it was on back order and expected end of the month. 2 months later, nothing. So, contacted them and they said it was now ready (suddenly), but I had to pay a 65GBP shipping to US. Having read about their bad reviews (see UK trust pilot and Yelp), I didn't want to risk it any further so asked for a refund and was even willing to swallow the 15% restocking fee. 8 weeks later and still no refund.

County Court Judgement seems to be the only course of action....

I’ve had similar experience. Ordered something and it never materialised. After further enquiries, they claimed they had the unit in stock but not the associated fitting kit. I said I would still be interested at the right price, obviously. They said that in the absence of a complete unit/package, they were not prepared to sell to me directly but would be listing the unit on their Ebay website. That didn’t materialise either. I demanded a refund. They said they would refund but the funds were never appearing in my account. Eventually, after 3-4 weeks and persistence on my behalf, I did get a refund. I suspect they never, ever had a unit in stock at all and could not source one elsewhere. All somewhat dubious to say the least. I would not recommend conducting any business with them whatsoever.

Scammers
Stay away from them! I bought a specter bumper and an A frame and since March and after thousands of emails they only reply with excuses and so far I have not received anything. Super Tweaks are Top-notch scammers!

Super Tweaks London - still at it!!
I can confirm that Super Tweaks London are still at it.

Scammers selling parts they don't have. They are selling parts that they do not hold in stock; despite telling customers that they have the item sat on a shelf.

They have an automated telephone message telling customers to contact them via e-mail; then they don't reply to e-mails.

I am currently recovering my money via the credit card fraud team.

Check out their reviews on TrustPilot.

I wish I'd found this thread beforehand.
