The ardcase is about 40x15x10cm and weighs about 5kg.

At best I would be in Chester or Cheshire Oaks shopping village on Friday afternoon (to be confirmed)

By "front of a 90" what do you mean? Just footwells and seatbox, or are you going under the bonnet and in the door panels as well?
Um, I'd guess you'll need 20 sheets?
