sorry about this, I feel a bit silly but does anyone know where in crystal place we are camping ? is it the park ? is there a post code I can use ?

who is co-ordinating the club stand ?

do you want me to bring my ICE defender ?

The camping area is in the park itself and it's usually well signposted once you get there. It effectively a large field with a track around the outside. We camp in the middle and then line up fir 'the big off' in the morning around the track.

I'll look out for your banners.

Gets you to the junction then go up the road to the car park.....that's my best guess!

I was going to bring a BBQ and a few burgers/sausages n beer, unless people are thinking of venturing into town.

As for finding everyone I just assumed a ray of bright light would guide me to Zagatos truck

According to the SLSLRC site about L2B you need to show your pass at the gate to gain entry Guns and Landrovers .... anything else is irrelevant.

meet at gate is fine

.. i'm 'planning' on arriving about 16.30'ish depending on traffic and workload [on call saturday] Guns and Landrovers .... anything else is irrelevant.

Would like to come along in our 90 XS but what time is the off on Sunday - am doing the Ride To The Wall on Saturday for Help For Heroes so was planning t try and join in when you all leave ? ... Obviously happy to pay registration, etc for sticker for entrance or parking at Brighton ...

We usually end up leaving CP quite early on the Sunday - by 7.00 latest.

The other option would be to meet on the way somewhere - you would need to enter via the website link for the L2B if you wanted a plaque and to get on the stand at the end.

Thanks for that - I have registered on the SLSLRC L2B site and corresponded with Tim ... looking at teh site details it says there is a drivers briefing at 8.30 and the leave time is 9am ... I'm hoping to get there for 8.15-8.30 ...

If you guys do get sent off early then please give me a ring en route (I've PM'd my mobile to you JSG) and we'll swing round the M25 and pick you up on the M23 instead of coming in to London ...

I'll give anyone who wants to send in mobile numbers and hasn't yet till tomoorow then send a list out to those who have (if that makes sense)

Waiting on a reply form Martin re the banner and collecting it - I'm aiming to get to CP lunchtime / early afternoon and will stick the banner up if we can get it there.
