Don't like Morgan's in the slightest, but this, this I'd buy (with the money that I don't have)! Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge Stuart Cummins 130 Build Thread 58 130 Double Cab HCPU - Cairns Blue 04 110 Double Cab - Black (gone) 07 Audi RS4 Avant - Silver |

Looks as though everyone is ready for the dystopian world. Similar to a concept from console gaming.
Joking. Seriously though. I like this very much. Quite apt for this forum. Purist adventure for old school minds |

Sort of a mock Tudor Ariel Atom. Might a bit of a back breaker off road with what looks like bog all wheel travel. 2007 110 TDCi Station Wagon XS

I’ve had two Morgan’s, brilliant in warm sunny weather but I never really got the use out of them. They was quite a bit of synergy with the traditional Land Rovers I.e. uncomfortable to drive long distance, let in water when raining, build quality was not the best. They are a to get into if you are tall and have a bad back however I do like them in a masochistic sort of way. It’s an interesting offering from Morgan but if you did take it into the rough, if you didn’t have a bad back before you certainly would after and the poor thing would probably shake itself apart.

More Nomad than Atom? Watching the Carfection video, it seems it does not lack wheel travel; and ironically, perhaps, makes for a better tarmac ride than the model it's based on. Have to say that at a limited run of 8 (?) for £200k, it's nothing more than a PR distraction for Morgan. I wonder if we will hear more of it in the future? Paris Peking Rally? Oh, and putting the air filter/intake in a cordura bag ~ what's that about? |
