Croatia Trophy. Not only quads, it's mainly for cars. Last year there were 5 or 6 quads entered. This year there is talk of 12-15 entering. A few of us from th UK are all going over and meeting up with mates from Holland,Belgium and germany, all competing on quads. Should be a good social if nothing else

Looking at the videos on youtube, it's a bit extreme for quads and a bit to extreme for me.
My mates are already talking of doing Hunt the Wolf in Romania next year. This is a GPS based event rather than tulips. But we'll see how much I like Croatia before I commit to another big event 110 D250 SE HT 110 USW SOLD RRE HSE Dynamic Gone, wife killed it VOLVO XC60 R Dynamic with some toys Polaris RZR 900XP SOLD |

To resurrect an old topic and get me some updated advise ; We have around 7 acres with mostly sheep and on a slope and I`m getting too old to walk up and down the hills all the time - so borrowed an `02 Honda Foreman 600 (or 650?) 4x4 quad from a neighbour to see if it worked for us, having a quad. It does and I`m looking round, now for something similar but a tad smaller. The honda is a brute of a machine and seems to be built like a battleship, but is big and heavy to operate. The neighbour, also, wont sell it! His words were "Its old but Gold!"
Any suggestions from experience as to models to look for that are OK for medium farm use, small trailer pulling, 4WD and reliable. And NOT chinese! Must say I`m a Honda fan as I have 2 mowers by them and they have been very reliable and easy to maintain. Thanks Don`t drive faster than your angel can fly! |

We had a Honda 350 Foreman 4x4, probably 1990 ish - but was powerful enough to tow a small trailer loaded with logs up through the woods plus it would even tow the Panda 4x4 when I got it stuck!
Finding a legal unabused quad will be your first challenge, either a trusted source or main dealer.... HTH Keith |
