Loads of people watch love island and that's worse than 'twonk' (but then i've never actually watched it so I suppose I can't comment) I suppose that

things can be sucessfull if enough people watch it

Just because a YT channel has lots of subscribers (YT definition of successful) doesn't stop the owner/presenter being a twonk - it just means that he's cornered a barrel-bottom-scraping market - AndrewS is right, Love Island (like vast majority of reality/celebrity shows pumped out by ITV) is one of the worst examples of this - sadly youngsters have been conditioned to this garbage and take it as the norm.
